【Abstract】Theapplicationofputergamesinprimaryandsecondaryeducationinisasharpdouble-edgedsword.Whiletherearepositiveaspects,therearealsoalargenumberofproblems.Accordingtothedomesticandoverseasrecentliteratures,weconcludetheapplicationeffectivenessofputergamesinprimaryandsecondaryeducationfromtwoaspects:curricularapplicationandextra-curricularapplication.Curricularapplicationeffectivenessincludesenhancingmotivationtolearnandimproveacademicperformance,andextra-curricularapplicationeffectivenessincludestheabilitytoelevateandexpansionofknowledge.However,therearealsosomenegativeeffects,suchaslearningproblems,healthproblems,psychologicalandsocialissues.Inordertoimprovetheapplicationeffectivenessofputergamesintheprimaryandsecondaryeducation,inthegamedesign,thispaperputsforwardsomefeasiblesuggestionsanddemonstrationfromstudents,teachersandbusinessdevelopmentpointsofview.
