Abstract:Inthecurrentjuridicalpractice,thereexistsomeproblemssuchastheinconsistencyofthetheoriesoncause-effectrelationship,thelackoflegalnormsonthecause-effectrelationshipofmalfeasancecrimes,diffusedanduncleardefinitionoftheresponsibilityforthemalfeasancebehaviors,theimplementationofgeneralmanagementsystemonthecriminalinvestigatorshandlingmalfeasancecrimes,whichhasstrongimpactonthecorrectdefinitionofcause-effectrelationshipofthemalfeasancecrimesaccordingtolaw.Weshouldrelyontraditionaltheoriesoncause-effectrelationshipinscienceofcriminallawasthetheoreticalbasisforthedefinitionofcause-effectrelationshipofmalfeasancecrimesandturnthemintospecificlegalnorms,introduceandrefertojointcrimetheory,strengthentheclassifiedspecialtyconstructionontheinvestigatorsthroughmultiplechannels,raisetheinvestigationrightonthemalfeasancecrimestotheupperlevelandsoonsoastoensurethecorrectdefinitiononcause-effectrelationshipofthemalfeasancecrimesaccordingtolaw.
