Abstract：EnglishisthecarrierofEnglishspeech.SpeakerspublishtheirideasandsharewithothersinEnglishonatopic.Therefore,fromthestandpointoflearningEnglish,Englishspeakingismorepractical.Englishspeechcontestcannotonlyeffectivelyhelpusdeveloptheabilityoflanguageapplicationandmunication.ThustheEnglishspeechcontestcaneffectivelyexerciseourprehensiveabilityandquality.ThispaperdiscussestheteachingofEnglishspeechcontestfromtheangleconstructivismlearningtheoryinordertopromotethedevelopmentofEnglishspeechcontestteaching,developtheoryofteachingdesign,makestudentsbetteradapttosocietyandcultivatethetalentsthatsocietyneeds.

I.Introduction
InEnglishspeechcontest,contestantsaremorejudgedwhethertheyownprehensivequality.However,eventuallythedecisiveelementsofsuccessdonotjustlieinplayers'standardpronunciation,intonationandexcellentability.Infact,itultimatelydependsontheirfake-outpowerofobservation,thinkingandinnovation,therichknowledgeandopenviewtoconquerjudgesandaudience.SomeresearchersalsobegintostudyhowtoconductEnglishspeechcontestteaching.DomesticscholarsresearchtheaffectionandstrategyofEnglishspeechpetitionsuchashowtoimprovestudents'oralEnglish,writingability,psychologicalquality.Butmostofthemfocusonhowtoimprovestudents'EnglishproficiencyandmakestudentswininEnglishspeechcontest.
ThispaperexplainsthecharacteristicsofEnglishspeechpetition,discussesteachingofEnglishspeechcontestfromtheangleofConstructivismlearningtheoryinordertodeveloptheoryofteachingdesignandimprovestudents'abilityandqualityandmakestudentsbetteradapttosociety,cultivatethetalentsthatsocietyneeds.

EnglishSpeechalsobelongstothecategoryofspeech,andithasthegeneralfeaturesofspeechbutitalsohasitsownparticularity.

Constructivistthinksstudentsastheconstructerswhocreatesignificantknowledge.Learnersdonotgainknowledgefromtheoutsidedirectly,butmoveknowledgetomemorybasedontheirpreviousexperience,constructnewunderstandingofknowledgethroughtheinteractionwiththeoutsideworld.Knowledgeconstructionofdifferentpersonsisdifferent（陈琦,2005）.

IV.Conclusion
Forconstructersemphasizecontextofknowledge,thestudents'initiative,learningsociety.Butspeechcontestitselfhaspracticality,ititselfcontainsrealityfeatureofconstructivism.Nodoubt.Englishspeechcontestteachingandqualityeducationarecloselylinked.Englishspeechcontestteachingcannotonlymakestudentstogainknowledgeofthelanguage,formskills,makestudents'languagequalitytogetfulldevelopmentbutalsoperatepatriotis
