Abstract：Emailissoconvenientthatithasbeethemonlyusedmunicationwayininternationaltrade.Lawbreakersoftenmakeuseofimplantingtrojans,stealinginformationorinterceptinge-mail,pretendtobethebuyerortheseller,andthenmitcontractfraud.Theforeigntradeenterprisesmustbevigilantduringinternationaltransaction.Theyshouldreachanagreementaboutconfirmingtheinformationofpaymentthroughvariousmunicationwayswiththeforeigncustomers.Theenterprisesshouldcheckthesecurityofe-mailregularly,ifsomesuspiciousthingsarefound,theyshouldconfirmtherelativeinformationintimewiththeforeigncustomers,andbewareofhackersfraud.Incaseoflossmoney,inordertoreducetheloss,theenterpriseshadbetterreportthecasetothesecurityauthoritiesimmediately.
