31215;极引导影子银行走向正规化的发展道路,同时出台相关法律法规规范影子银行的运作模式.对于典当行、小额贷款公司等民间金融,应当从立法层面予以重视,明确监管主体,尽快出台相关法律法规.对于银信合作、银证合作等银行合作类业务,应严格审查合作者的资金去向、资信实力和风险控制措施,建立防火墙和风险代偿机制,防止风险转移到银行资产负债表内,引发系统性金融风险.同时,规范影子银行信息披露是强化影子银行系统监管实施的重点.从事各类影子银行业务的机构应该充分披露相关信息,以便对其规模进行量化统计以获取充分信息,提高影子银行的信息透明度,从而降低监管难度并实现有效监管.注：

Abstract：ThispapercalculatesthescaleofshadowbankingaccordingtoitsdefinitioninChina.Basedonthis,itadoptsthemonthlydatafrom2002to2014andtheSVARtoconductanempiricalstudyontheinfluenceofshadowbankingonthedevelopmentofmacro-economyandfinancialsystem.Theresultsshowthatinrecentyears,thedevelopmentscaleofshadowbankinginChinahasachievedarathersteadygrowth；shadowbankinghasanegativeimpactontheeconomicgrowthintheshortterm,butoverall,itsdevelopmenthasapositiveimpactonChina’smacro-economy；thedevelopmentofshadowbankinghassomewhatpromotedChina’sfinancialdevelopment,butitsover-expansionwillincreasetheliquidityriskofmercialbanks,weakenitsroleasacreditmediumandproduceanegativeimpactonfinancialstability.Finally,basedonthesummaryandconclusions,thepaperputsforwarditspolicysuggestions.
