Abstract:Asaquasi-integratedanization,agriculturalproducers’co-operativeshavedoublecharacteristics.Ontheonehand,theycanexerttheadvantagesofcollectiveanizations,effectivelyavoidingtheriskofexternalopportunism.Ontheotherhand,theycantakeadvantageofindependentmanagement,havingthedisadvantageofhighanizationcosts.Makingeffectiveuseofagriculturalproducers’co-operativesandfosteringtheirstrengthsmaybeaneffectivewaytopromoteChina’sagriculturalproductionefficiency.
