Abstract：Graduationdesignisanimportantstageofundergraduateteaching.Therearesomedifficultiesintheanizationofgraduationdesigninindependentcolleges.Aseriesofexplorationandinnovationwerecarriedoutinthedepartmentofcivilengineering,ZhichengCollege,FuzhouUniversity,includingoverallarrangementbeforehand,groupsettingaccordingtoemploymenttrendsofgraduations,closecooperationwithenterprisesandprofessionalexpertsinthewholeprocess,selectingtopicsaccordingtoengineeringpractice,effectiveprocesscontrolmeasures,andimprovementingradeevaluationmethods.Theresultsshowthattheteachingreformandpracticeareeffectivetosolvetheproblemsexistinginthegraduationdesignprocessinindependentcollegesandimportantinimprovingeducationqualityandpromotinggraduationemployment.
