Abstract：Employmenthasactivelypromotedemploymentguidanceincollegesanduniversities,cantheoreticallyparticipateincareerguidancecurriculumhelpsstudentsunderstand,allowsstudentstoadapttothechangingroleoftheemploymentsituation,lifecriticalfirststepistohelpuniversitygraduates.ButIthinktheemploymentguidanceincollegesanduniversitiesinourcountryisstillinitsearlystages,thewholebodysystemisnotperfect,thereforeofemploymentguidanceforcollegestudents’helpmorefaint.Here,weuseinNanjing2011sixUniversityresearchderivedfromquestionnairedata,usingLogisticregressionmodelstoempiricalanalysis,findingsconfirmedthattheemploymentguidanceforcollegestudentstoparticipateincoursesnosignificanteffectsonemployment,andpracticehaveasignificantimpactontheiremployment.Atthispoint,thisarticleproposesthattheuniversitiesshouldcontinuetoincreasecareerguidanceservices,establishafullrangeofcareerguidanceservices.Andweshouldestablishlong-termcareerplanningandemploymentservicestoguidethework,activelyguidetheactivitiesofcollegestudentsparticipateininternshipsandotherpractice,inordertofurtherimprovetheemploymentrateofuniversitygraduates.
