摘 要:Thisreviewoutlinesthenewdevelopmentsonchitosan-basedbioapplications.Overthelastdecade,functionalbiomaterialsresearchhasdevelopednewdrugdeliverysystemsandimprovedscaffoldsforregenerativemedicinethatiscurrentlyoneofthemostrapidlygrowingfieldsinthelifesciences.Theaimistorestoreorreplacedamagedbodypartsorlostansbytransplantingsupportivescaffoldswithappropriatecellsthatinbinationwithbiomoleculesgeneratenewtissue.Thisisahighlyinterdisciplinaryfieldthatenpassespolymersynthesisandmodification,cellculturing,genetherapy,stemcellresearch,therapeuticcloningandtissueengineering.Inthisregard,chitosan,asabiopolymerderivedmacromolecularpound,hasamajorinvolvement.Chitosanisapolyelectrolytewithreactivefunctionalgroups,gel-formingcapability,highadsorptioncapacityandbiodegradability.Inaddition,itisinnatelybiopatibleandnon-toxictolivingtissuesaswellashavingantibacterial,antifungalandantitumoractivity.Thesefeatureshighlightthesuitabilityandextensiveapplicationsthatchitosanhasinmedicine.Micro/nanoparticlesandhydrogelsarewidelyusedinthedesignofchitosan-basedtherapeuticsystems.Thechemicalstructureandrelevantbiologicalpropertiesofchitosanforregenerativemedicinehavebeensummarizedaswellasthemethodsforthepreparationofcontrolleddrugreleasedevicesandtheirapplications.

摘 要:Inthisarticle,thetechnicalfeasibilityofvariouskindsofrawandsurfaceoxidizedcarbonnanotubes(CNTs)forsorptionofdivalentmetalions(Cd2+,Cu2+,Ni2+,Pb2+,Zn2+)fromaqueoussolutionisreviewed.ThesorptionmechanismsappearmainlyattributabletochemicalinteractionsbetweenthemetalionsandthesurfacefunctionalgroupsoftheCNTs.ThesorptioncapacitiesofCNTsremarkablyincreasedafteroxidizedbyNaOCl,HNO3andKMnO4solutionsandsuchsurfaceoxidizedCNTsshowgreatpotentialassuperiorsorbentsforenvironmentalprotectionapplications.Effectsofprocessparameters,suchasCNTcharacterizations(surfacearea,poresizedistribution,sorbentmass,andsurfacetotalacidity),solutionproperties(ionicstrength,pH,initialsorbateconcentrationandtemperature)andpetitionforsorptionsitesbymultiplemetalions,ontheperformanceofCNTsareaddressedinsomedetail.TherecoveryofmetalionsandtheregenerationofCNTscanbeachievedusingacidelutionwithlittleeffectontheCNTperformance.TheutilizationofCNTsforthetreatmentofwaterandwastewatercontainingdivalentmetalionsisgainingmoreattentionasasimpleandeffectivemeansofpollutioncontrol.Futureresearchworksondevelopingacost-effectivewayofCNTproductionandtestingthetoxicityofCNTsandCNT-relatedmaterialsareremended.
