湖北省人才培养改革试验班学生应该受到严格科学思维的训练以及良好的专业技能训练,成为能够运用所掌握的理论知识和技能从事生物科学基础理论及相关领域科学研究的人才,同时能胜任生物领域技术开发,教学及管理等方面的工作.
师范班主要是培养合格的学师资具有现代教育观念和一定的课堂教学能力,班主任工作能力,教学研究能力,使用现代教育技术的能力,较强的普通话表达能力成为跨学科教师,学科研究人员,教育行政管理人员或为地方经济和社会发展服务人才基础.Theobjectiveistocultivateprofessionalswithprehensivedevelopmentonmorality,wisdom,physiqueandaesthetics,withpositiveoutlook,philosophyandvalueview,withsolidfoundationofnaturalscience,withbasictheories,knowledgeandtechniquesofbiologicalsciences.

本专业培养生物科学基础研究型(试验班)或教学型(师范班)人才.培养规格一般具备以下要求:
1)素质结构要求
具备较高的思想道德素质:包括正确的政治方向,遵纪守法,诚信为人,有较强的团队意识和健全人格.
具备较高的文化素质:掌握一定的人文社科基础知识,具有较好的人文修养,具有国际化的视野和现代意识,以及健康的人际交往意识.
具备良好的专业素质:受到严格的科学思维训练,掌握较扎实的生物科学基础理论和研究方法,有求实创新的意识和精神.师范班学生需掌握教育学的基础理论和研究方法.
具备良好的身心素质:包括健康的体魄,良好的心理素质和生活习惯.
能力结构要求
获取知识的能力:具有良好的自学能力,有较好的表达交流能力,有一定的计算机及信息技术应用能力.
应用知识能力:
试验班:具有综合运用所掌握的理论知识和技能,从事生物科学及其相关领域科学研究的能力,具有一定生物科学与技术研发的能力.
师范班:具有综合运用所掌握的理论知识和技能,从事生物学教学的能力,具有一定的教学研究和教学改革的能力.
创新能力:具有较强的创造性思维能力,开展创新实验和科学研究的能力.
3)知识结构要求
自然科学知识:掌握数学,物理,化学等方面的基本理论和基本知识.
人文社会科学知识:具有一定的文学,艺术,哲学,思想道德,生物伦理学,法学,社会学,心理学等方面的知识.
工具性知识:掌握一门外语,能较熟练的运用外语阅读专业期刊和进行文献检索,有一定的外语交流和科技写作能力,具有较高的计算机操作技术.
试验班:掌握扎实的生物科学的基础理论,基础知识和基本技能,受到系统的专业理论和专业技能训练.具备一定的科学研究能力,熟悉学科前沿趋势以及发展动态.
师范班:掌握扎实的生物科学及其教育学的基础理论,基础知识和基本技能.

1.Requirementsofqualityprofile
A.Soundmorality,includingcorrectpoliticalorientation,law-abidingawareness,consciousnessofteamwork,andgoodpersonalities.
B.Cultureawareness,includingsomebasicknowledgeofsocialscience,adequatehumanisticmerits,internationalinsight,keenconsciousnessandhealthyinterpersonalrelationship.
