Abstract:Anewgenerationofhomehealthcaremonitoringsystemstrivestohavesuchcharacteristicsaslow-cost,low-powerandlow-volumeetc.,andfurthermore,itneedstoquicklyadapttothedevelopmentofnationalmedicalinformationbasedCloudputing.Inresponsetothistrend,ahomehealthcaremonitoringsystemthatconnectswithHealthcareCloudwasdesigned.Firstofall,thispaperintroducesthehierarchyarchitectureforHealthcareCloudandanalyzeshomehealthcaremonitoringsystem'sworkprocesswiththeHealthcareCloud.Then,itaddressesthefollowingkeytechnicalissues:Constructinghomehealthcaremonitoringworkonintelligentphysiologicalsensors,connectingwithHealthcareCloudbasedHL7RIMdataconversionframework,establishinghealthriskappraisalmodelonGrey-Markovmodel,andposingindividualhealthcareservicesbasedonBPEL4WS.Finally,clinicalapplicationofthesystemshowsthatithaspositivesignificanceforpatientswithhypertensionanddiabeteswhocanenjoytheservicesofHealthCouldathome.
