二、文内引用格式

1.正文直接引用不超过40个单词的,嵌入正文(in-textcitation),用引号表明,随后括号注明出处.具体表示方法为(姓,年份,p.页码)见例1

例1,InOxfordAdvancedLearner'sEnglish-ChineseDictionary,thereissuchadefinitionofculture:"customs,arts,socialinstitutions,etc.ofaparticulargrouporpeople"(Hornby,2002,p.xx).

若作者为两个,引用的内容跨越两页或以上,表示方法为(姓1&,姓2,年份,pp.xx-xx),见例2

例2,Complexascultureis,itispossibletocitesomemonelements:cultureislearnedthroughexperience,andtotheextentthatpeoplebelievetheycanacquirecertainformsofculturethroughtaught,"culturehasbeensharedamongthemembersofthegroup"(Wang&,Xie,2001,p.xx-xx).

3.若作者为三个,表示方法为(姓1,姓2&,姓3,年份,pp.xx-xx),见例3.

例3,ThethemeparkisnotsetuptoacmodatethediningexpectationsofFrenchpatrons.Finally,thereisthenotionofsmiling."U.SserviceindustriesvaluesmilingmorethantheFrenchdo"(Du,Tian&,Li,2004,pp.xx-xx).

4.若正文直接引用超过40个单词,则另起一段,左右缩进8个字母,在结尾做相应的出处标注.该引文部分字号变小一号,即五号字.见例4.

5.例5说明了来源于网络的资料如何标注,即直接在所引用正文后面附上网址:

例5,EvidenceofgrowthinthepracticeisprobablyillustratedbytheincreaseinnumberoflicensedChinesemedicineprovidersintheUS,from5525in1992,to14,228today(hort.purdue.edu/newcrop/nu02/v5-491.).

6.例6说明了引文来自某本着作的introduction或者preface的时候该如何标注.如果introduction或者preface部分的页码和正文的页码之前是连贯的,那么要求同上(见例1,2,3).如果正文的页码是从1开始的,则introduction或者preface的页码前面加上n,以示区别:

例6,"Cognitivelinguistics等isanapproachtolanguagethatisbasedonourexperienceoftheworldandthewayweperceiveandconceptualizeit"(Ungerer&,Schmid,1996,p.n4).

三,参考文献

参考文献的写法如下:

1.根据作者的姓氏顺序进行排列并编号.同一作者的多部作品则按照年代的递增形式进行排列.先罗列英文(外文)的参考文献,然后再罗列中文的参考文献,最后附上网址,网址需要标明访问时间.

2.作者的名可以缩写为第一个字母,也可以不用缩写,但是需要统一.

3.所有的书名和杂志的名称要求斜体.文章的名称无需斜体.若是收录的论文集,则该论文集的名字斜体,里面具体的论文题目无需斜体.

4.基本格式如下

4.1若是专着

Author,A.A.(Yearofpublication).Titleofwork[M].Location:Publisher.

4.2若是论文集

Author,A.A.,&,Author,B.B.(Yearofpublication).Titleofchapter.InA.Editor&,B.Editor(Eds.),Titleofbook(pagesofchapter)[C].Location:Publisher.注意编者的姓名格式是名字,姓氏,即无需将西文姓名倒装.若只有一个编者,则随后的(Eds.)变为(Ed.).页码前面需要加上pp.

4.3若是杂志里面的文章

Author,A.A.,Author,B.B.,&,Author,C.C.(Year).Titleofarticle[J].TitleofPeriodical,volumenumber(issuenumber):pages.注意页码前面无需加上pp,斜体包括杂志名称和卷,后面的期刊号和页码不能斜体.如:JournalofLinguistics,48(4):11-13.
