Introduction
ThesweetpotatocultivarQuickSweet(QS)withalowerpastingtemperatureofstarchisauniquebreedingmaterial.WepreliminarilyfoundthatmostofthetranscriptsoftheisoformIIstarchsynthase(SSII)genewereinactiveallelesbasedonthenucleotidesequenceanalysisofQS,suggestingthatSSIIpossiblyplaysanimportantroleinthebiosynthesis等.
