Abstract：BEC（BusinessEnglishCertificates）,whichiswidelyrecognized,gainedmuchenthusiasmamongChinesecollegestudentsbecauseitcanguaranteeajobinforeignpaniesandChinesepanieswithinternationaltrade.However,studentsfindithardtogetthiscertificatesimplybecausetheirbusinessEnglishspeakingabilitycannotreachitsrequirement.Theauthorofthispaper,basedonhisexperienceofteachingBECCambridgeBusinessEnglish（Vantage）,takesBECvantageoraltestasanexampletosummarizetheproblemsofcollegestudentsintheirspeakingEnglishandtoexaminethecausesofthoseproblems.Basedontheaboveanalyses,oralEnglishlearningtheoriesandhisownexperience,theauthorofferedsomeapplicablesuggestionstoChinesecollegestudents.
