通过无监督的熵层次聚类算法得到13个新处方,以方测证,这些新处方所主证候有虚实寒热之别、气血阴阳之异,与临床实际相吻合.这为新药研发提出了有益的启示.

[Abstract]ByusingtraditionalChinesemedicineinheritancesupportsystemtoanalyzethedominantexperienceandrecessiveprinciplesoftheprescriptionsforstranguriainthedictionaryoftraditionalChinesemedicineprescription（DCMP）,weaimtodefinethemedicationpatternandruleandtoacquirenewprescriptions.Indominantexperienceanalysis,wewereabletofind22drugsusedover50times,includingdrugsofclearingheat,diuresisandrelievingstranguriawhicharethemostusedanddrugsofclearingheat,coolingblood,benefitingQiandnourishingYin.Inaddition,drugsofactivatingQiandXue,eliminatingphlegmandremovingtoxicareoftenused,including34herbpairsand5binationsofthree-tastedrugsareusedmorethan35times.TheseresultsfullyreflectthepositionprinciplesandpatibilitycharacteristicofprescriptionsfortreatingstranguriainDCMP.Thirteennewprescriptionsbywayofrecessiveprincipleexcavatingwereacquired.Thesenewprescriptionsmightbesuitabletoclinicaltreatmentsofvariablesyndromes.Thisarticleprovidesanusefulcluetoresearchandproducenewdrugs.
