[Abstract]TheevaluationofpermeabilityinbiopharmaceuticsclassificationsystemofChinesemateriamedica(CMMBCS)requiresmultiponentasawholeinordertoconductresearch,eveninthestudyofaspecificponent,shouldalsobeputinthemultiponentenvironment.Basedonthisprinciple,thehighcontentponentsinGegenQinliandecoctionwereusedasmultiponentenvironmentalimpactfactorsintheexperiment,andtherelevantparametersofintestinalpermeabilityaboutpuerarinweremeasuredwithusinginsitusingle-passintestinalperfusionmodel,toinvestigateandevaluatetheintestinalpermeabilityofpuerarinwithotherhighcontentponents.Theexperimentalresultsshowedthatdifferentproportionsofbaicalin,glycyrrhizicacidandberberinehadcertaininfluenceonintestinalpermeabilityofpuerarin,andglycyrrhizicacidcouldsignificantlyinhibittheintestinalabsorptionofpuerarin,moreover,highconcentrationofberberinecouldpromotetheabsorptionofpuerarin.TheresearchresultsindicatedthattheimportantresearchideasofpermeabilityevaluationinbiopharmaceuticsclassificationsystemofChinesemateriamedicawithfullyconsideringtheeffectsofotheringredientsinmultiponentenvironment.
