Abstract
MigrantworkersareaspecialgroupoflabourerscomingintobeingwiththeprocessofChina'sopeningandreformation.Theyhavebecomethemainforceoftheworkersinthelabourintensiveindustries.Therefore,theresearchonmigrantworkers'careerdevelopmentisofoverridingimportance.However,themajorityofbothdomesticandforeignresearchersofcareerdevelopmentfocusetheobjectsoftheirresearchoncollegestudentsorthemanagementofdifferenttradesandcompanies.Eveniftherearesomeresearchesonmigrantworkers,theyareconcerned,mostprobably,withtheiremploymentinthecontextofChina'surbanization.Inaddition,theresearchoncareermanagementinChinalagsbehindthatoftheWest.Undersuchcircumstances,aresearchonthecareerdevelopmentofmigrantworkersisofimmediatenecessity.

Firstofall,theLTEstructure,LTEsystemandLTEprotocolarestudied.EachlayerofLTEprotocolisanalyzed.ThesecondchaptermainlydescribesthesecurityfunctionofPDCPsublayer,andadetailedstudyofconfidentialityandintegrityprocess.ThethirdchapterintroducetwoLTEsecurityalgorithm.OneisSNOW3Galgorithm,theotherisZUCcipheralgorithm.
Next,thepaperpresentstheFPGArealizationofsecurityfunctionandtheinterfaceofit.ThefourthchapterpresentsadetaileddesignoftheFPGArealizationofthe3GPPconfidentialityandintegrityalgorithms128-EEA3&128-EIA3.ThefifthchapterpresentsadetaileddesignofInterfacesfrom10GbpsEthernettoFPGAalgorithmmodule.Theninthesixthchapter,programofthefourthchapterandthefifthchapterisproposedbythesimulationanalysis.
