Wearerequiredtomakein-depthresearchandanalysisonthepublishingstatusofsinologyresearchworksaccordingtothedevelopmentofsinologyresearchandthestrengtheningoftheroleofsinologyworks.From1979to2012,thereare8982officialEnglishsinologyresearchworksaroundtheworld.
Firstofall,thispaperstudiesontheresearchandstatisticsofallaspectsoftheseworks,thenitfocusesontheanalysisandinductionfromthepublishingtime,publishingregion,organizerandpublishingtheme.Wecanobtainthecommonnessandindividualityinthepublishingcycle,publishedinthegeographicaldistribution,theorganizerinformationandpublishingthemebyfurtherinterpretationofresearchdataandspecificanalysisoftheworks.
Besides,bystudyingthepublishingthemeofdifferentregionsandpublishingtime,publishingregion,regionpartitionoforganizers,thispaperobtainsthemajorpublishingdirectionandresearchfield.Finally,thispapersummarizesthepublishedstatusoftheEnglishsinologyresearchworksandobtainssomeconclusionaboutthepublishingtime,regions,theme,organizationsandoveralltrends.Intheyearofpublication,theoverseaEnglishChinesestudieshavetwopeakswhichconstitutefrom1998to2000andfrom2007to2009.Inthepublishingarea,theNorthAmericaandWesternEuropehavebecomethemostconcentratedareasinthepublicationoftheoverseaEnglishChinesestudies.Inthepublishingorganizations,therearemanyothercollegepressesasbranchesbesidetheUMIUniversityPressasthetrunk.Inpublishingtheme,therearesomemainpartssuchaspolitics,history,sociallife,foreignaffairs,economyandtrade,cultureandheritageandsoon.Thepublicationnowadayshasthetrendof“WeststrongerthanEast”and“NorthwiderthanSouth”ontheoverall.
Abstract
Atpresent,thehighereducationinChinahasbeentransformedfromelite-orientedtopublic-orientedandthewayofdevelopmentwasgraduallychangedfromexpansiontoexcavation.Optimazingthestructureofhighereducation,renovatingthemodeoftraining,perfectingtheadmistrativesystemandpromotingthequalityarethekeytasksofhigereducation.
Withthecontinuousdeepeningofhighereducationreformanddevelopment,thetraditionaleducationalideology,thoughtandsystemcannotmeettheneedofthetimeandtherealizationofvalues.Thispaperaimsatnewideasandmodeofadmistrationthroughtheresearchandanalysisoftraditionalhierarchicalsothatthelevelofscientificadminstrationcanbepromotedandfurtherdeveloped.

Withthehighereducationtransformingfromtheelitetomasseducation,China'sundergraduateliberalartsmajorsincollegesanduniversitieshaveexperiencedrapiddevelopment.However,astheirquantityandscaleexpand,thecontradictionbetweenundergraduateliberalartstalentstrainingandsocialdemandshasbeengraduallyhighlighted.Atpresent,itisanurgentandrealproblemtobesolvedforhigherliberaleducationastohowtotrainundergraduateliberalartstalentswhocanadaptthemselvestotheeconomicandsocialdevelopment.
Socialdemandsfortalentsintype,levelandquantitydeterminethetalentstrainingdirectionofhighereducation.Accordingtosocialdemandsforliberalartstalents,theresearchproposesthatonthepremiseofmaintainingtrainingamoderateamountofacademictalents,weshouldpersistinappliedreformanddevelopmentdirectionandstrivetotrainappliedundergraduatetalentsintermsofundergraduateliberalartsmajors.
Withinterviewsandotherresearchresultscombined,theresearchsuggeststhattheapplicationofundergraduateliberalartsmajorsreferstoneithervalueapplicationinabroadsensenoroperationaluseinsocialproductionandlifebutreferstothecapabilitiesoftrainedtalentstohavereasonableknowledgestructure,strongpracticalworkabilityandgoodcomprehensivequalityandtosolvespecificpracticalproblemsintheeconomicandsocialdevelopmentwithrelatedtheory,knowledgeandtechnicalskills.Meanwhile,theresearchanalyzesandsummarizesthecontemporarycharacteristicsandconcreterepresentationoftheapplicationofundergraduateliberalartsmajorsandtheirdevelopmenthistory,majorfeaturesandformingbasis.
Aftertheoreticalanalysisandthroughresearchmethodssuchasdocumentanalysis,in-depthinterview,expertconsultationandquestionnairesurvey,theresearchexploresandconstructstheapplicationevaluationsystemforundergraduateliberalartsmajors.Amongthem,eachin-depthinterviewinvolvesfortypeople,andeachexpertconsultationinvolvesfivepeople.Inordertoobtainmoresolidbasis,weissue300questionnairesregardinghowtoevaluatetheapplicationofliberalartsmajors.Therespondentsinvolvethreegroups,includingliberalartsgraduateswhohavegraduatedformorethanthreeyears,liberalartsteachersandmiddle-and-highmanagementstaffincollegesanduniversitiesandmiddle-and-highmanagementstaffandbusinessbackbonesingovernmentalagencies,enterprises,institutionsandotheremployingunits.Theresearchbelievesthattheapplicationofundergraduateliberalartsmajorscanbeevaluatedfromsixfirstlevellatitudes(namely,employmentdifficulty,employmentstructure,employmentquality,adaptationsituation,developmentprospectandtransfercapability),whichincludetwentysecondlevellatitudessuchasthetimewhenthefirstemploymentopportunityisobtained,thedegreeofcorrelationbetweenthejobandthemajor,thecompensationandthewelfare.
Accordingtotheapplicationevaluationsystemforundergraduateliberalartsmajors,wemakeapreliminaryquestionnaireabouttheapplicationstatusofundergraduateliberalartsmajorsandmakeatrialtestonand汪reliabilityandvalidityanalysisof150samples.Onthatbasis,thecurrentapplicationstatusofundergraduateliberalartsmajorsistestedthrough800questionnaires.Onthebasisofoutcomeevaluationandexternalevaluationprinciples,theresearchchoosesliberalartsgraduateswhohaveworkedfor2-6yearsasrespondents,andtherespondentsincludealltypesofsocialoiganizationswhichcanofferemploymentopportunitiestoliberalartsgraduatesasfaraspossible.Accordingtothesurvey,theapplicationdegreeofundergraduateliberalartsmajorsissmallerthanthatofscienceandengineering;theapplicationdegreeofliberalartsmajorsof“211project”universitiesishigherrelativetothatof“985project”universitiesandgeneralundergraduatecollegesandissignificantlyhigherthanthatofgeneralundergraduatecolleges;anditdiffersamongeightdifferentdisciplineswithinliberalarts,inwhichhistory,lawandphilosophyhavealowerapplicationdegree.
Accordingtotheresearch,thereasonliesinthefactthatintermsoftheapplicationofundergraduateliberalartsmajors,thecollegesanduniversitieshavemanyproblems.Forinstance,itisnecessarytoimprovethedisciplinesystem,optimizethetrainingprocessandteachingcontents,promoteteacherresourcesandintensifytheevaluatingfunction.Meanwhile,withregardtotheinternaladministrationmechanism,therearenotyetthemechanism,modelandsystemwhichareinfavorofthemutualparticipationintalenttrainingbyotherinterestedparties.Inaddition,theinterestedpartieshaven'tplayedtheirdueroleintalenttraining,whichisanotherimportantreasonresultingintheweakapplicationofliberalartsmajors.
Theapplicationofliberalartsmajorsisrestrictedbyvariousfactorsandthereforerequirescertainsupport.Theresearchproposesthatcollegesanduniversitiesshouldundeigoacomprehensivereformintermsoftheliberalartsmajorsystem,thetalenttrainingprocess,tiiequalityevaluatingmodel,thecontingentofteachers,thedisciplineconstructionandtheinternaladministrationsystemandmechanismincollegesanduniversities.Meanwhile,undertheleadershipofthegovernment,talentstrainingshouldbemainlyimplementedbyemployingunitslikecompaniesandcarriedoutbystudentsactively,andothersocialorganizationsshouldalsoparticipateinit.Inordertoguaranteetheeffectiveparticipationinuniversitytalentstrainingbydifferentinterestedparties,accordingtotheprinciplesofsharinginterestsandresponsibilitiesandcomplementingeachotherwithadvantages,theresearchproposesthatitisnecessaiytoconstructajointtalenttrainingmechanismbyestablishingandimprovingitsinstitutionalenvironmentundertheleadershipofthegovernment.
