摘要

由于传统的毕业设计、毕业实习管理存在效率低、过程跟踪和指导不及时等弊病，许多高校对学生毕业设计及实习指导仍停留在手工管理方式。部分学校采用毕业设计管理系统，但对毕业设计指导仅仅是提供简单的毕业设计选题或者是毕业设计论文的上传与下载功能，存在着许多缺点：效率低下、难以维护、重复劳动量大、指导成本高等等。

从目前高校毕业设计、实习管理中存在的问题出发，本文利用ASP.NET开发技术、AJAX等技术开发了一套基于B/S结构的网络版毕业设计实习综合实践管理系统。通过对毕业设计、毕业实习管理过程进行分析，为师生设计开发了一个良好的信息交流与管理平台，实现了毕业设计、实习的信息化管理。

毕业设计及毕业实习综合管理系统从毕业设计及毕业实习指导教师分配、学生毕业选题审核、划分毕业答辩小组、设置网上答辩、对毕业实习的指导、各种资料的上传与下载、实习周记撰写、周记评阅、毕业设计成绩及实习成绩登记、并对毕业设计（论文）成绩、毕业实习单位、毕业签约单位、各系各部门各教研室毕业设计情况、毕业实习情况等各类数据进行统计汇总、各阶段信息的查询统计与汇总功能可帮助各类用户及时了解当前学生的毕业设计与毕业实习状态，及时制定相关应对措施，对学生的毕业设计及毕业实习指导工作可都在网上进行，大大提高学校的管理质量与效率，实现对毕业设计与实习过程跟踪动态管理，实现管理信息化。

ABSTRACT

Forthelowefficiencyofthetraditionalgraduatedesignandthegraduationpracticemanagement,forexampletheprocessoftrackingandguidanceinatimelymannerandotherills,manycollegegraduatesdesignandpracticeguidanceremainsinthewayofmanualmanagement.Eventhealreadyexistssystemforthegraduationdesignmanagementandgraduationdesignguidanceonlyprovidesomeuploadanddownloadfunction,thereareanumberofdrawbacks:inefficient,difficulttomaintain,thelargeamountofduplicationofeffort,theguidehighcostandsoon.

Fromtheissuesofthecurrentdesignandtheinternshipmanagement,thispaperhasdevelopedacomprehensivepracticemanagementsystembasedonB/Sstructureofthenetworkversion,thesetofgraduationdesigninternship.Throughtheanalysisforgraduationdesign,graduationinternshipmanagementprocess,thisarticleincludethesystemrequirements,systemarchitecturedesign,systemuserinterfacedesign,provideagoodexchangeforinformation,managementplatformforteachersandstudents.

摘要

毕业设计管理系统是针对现代高校计算机网络的发展，应对以往毕业生毕业设计中遇到的工作效率低，管理性差等问题而采用软件管理的设计思想设计的。本文的基础就是利用ASP.NET技术与SQL数据库的结合，开发出的一个基于Web技术的B/S结构的毕业设计管理系统。

本系统是应用。NET技术实现网络的毕业生毕业设计管理。利用MicrosoftVisualStudio.NET工具结合使用SQLServer数据库，ASP.NET、C#、AD0.NET等技术的工作原理及特点，并以此为理论技术实现基于Web的毕业设计管理系统的结构设计和具体的实现过程。让每一个学生都能通过Internet网络完成毕业设计的选题、各类信息查询和实习资料、论文等材料的提交，使得学院和指导老师能够与学生较为方便的传递信息资源。

系统的设计幵发遵循ASP.NET的技术规范，使用了ASP.NET中的多种技术，具有良好的可移植性和高可靠性。系统的投入运行将极大地提高毕业设计管理能力，改善毕业设计管理现状，降低毕业设计管理工作中的开支。
