论文题目：农民专业合作社法的不足与完善

摘要：《中华人民共和国农民专业合作社法》颁布后，我国农民专业合作社实现了突飞猛进的发展，但是由于农民专业合作社法还不够完善，在农民专业合作社的发展过程中暴露出社员身份不规范，农民专业合作社组建目的不纯，各地农民专业合作社经营规模不均、结构单一，龙头企业缺乏等方面的问题。本文通过对农民专业合作社现状的分析，探寻相关原因，找出农民专业合作社法存在的一些漏洞，提出完善农民专业合作社法的建议，对促进我国农民专业合作社健康可持续发展，推进新农村建设具有极其重大的意义。

Abstract

After“LawofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaonFarmers'ProfessionalCooperatives”promulgated,thefarmerspecializedcooperativesinChinahasrealizedthedevelopmentwhichprogressesbyleapsandbounds.Butbecausethelawisstillnotperfect,inthedevelopmentoffarmers'professionalcooperativeprocessexposessomeproblemsuchasmembersidentitynotstandardized,buildingpurposeisimpure,scaleheterogeneityandstructuresimple,lackofleadingenterprises.Thisarticlebasedontheanalysisofthepresentsituationoffarmerprofessionalcooperativesandinquireaboutthecorrelationreasontofindoutthelaw'sloopholes,inthelightoftheseproblems,Ithinkwecantakethefollowingstrategies:improvingthememberrightacquisitionandlosssystem,constructingcooperativesupervisionsystem,strengthenagovernmenttogiveaidtopolicymaneuverability,throughtargetedspecificprovisionstofillthelawloophole.“Farmers'professionalcooperatives”isofgreatsignificancetopromotetheperfectionoffarmerspecializedcooperativesinChinasustainabledevelopmentandpromotetheconstructionofnewcountryside,weshouldpayattentiontoitandtakemeasurestocompleteit.
