Abstract
WiththerapiddevelopmentofChina'sconstructionindustry,buildingenergyconservationhasalwaysbeenoneoftheimportantstudysubjects.Despitegreateffortinthisresearchfield,buildingenergyconsumptioninChinaremainedconspicuouscomparedwiththedevelopedcountries.Inrecentyears,bothnationalandlocalauthoritieshavemadenormsandstandardsforthebuildingenergyefficiency,whichhasplayedacertainroleintheprotectionandsupportintheenergyconservationofexistedandnewbuildings.However,westilllackenergy-savingstandardsforthespecialkindofbuildingssuchashighwayserviceareas.Characteristicbyhighpopulationconcentrationandbigheatingenergyconsumption,theexpresswayserviceareainseasonalfrozenregionsrequiredmoreattentiontoitsenergyconservation.Basedonthestudybackgroundandthereasonsabove,IperformedmypaperworkwiththeprojectofJILINProvincialCommunicationDepartment.,Istudiedthekeytechniquesforbuildingenergyefficiencyofhighwayserviceareainseasonalfrozenregions,exploredtheoptimizationofthebuildingenvelopesystemforenergy-saving,andputforwardtothestrategyoftheapplicationofthe65%energysavingtechnologiesfortheGongzhulinghighwayserviceareainSipingbureau,thebranchofthehighwayadministrationinJilinprovince.
Firstly,inthispaper,Iexplainedtheprofessionalconcept“seasonalfrozenregions”inthefieldoftraffic,andmadeitasthestudyscopeofthisarticle.Ielaboratetherelatedconceptsoftheenergyefficiencyby65%inpublicbuildings,andputforwardthefeatureofthebuildinginhighwayserviceareaandtheenergy-savingworkonit.

Asoneofthemostimportantmechanicaltransmissionelements,gearshaveapplicationsinlotsofindustrialfieldssuchasmotor-behicle,windpower,aviationandshipcraft.Thecurrenttrendistowardshigh-speedandheavy-load.Ithasacertainpracticalsignificancetoestablishareasonablemodelofgearsandhaveain-depthstudyofthefactorsthatinfluencegearmeshingtansmissionforenhancingthegears'load-bearingcapacityandtransmissionstability,savingdesigntimeandthecostofexperiment.BasedonFEAmethod,Thisarticlestudiestheeffectsoflengthofshaft、rotationalspeedandloadoncharacteristicsofgearsindynamicmeshing,analyzestheeffectsofshaftandloadonmeshingstiffiiessatthesametime.Thisarticlemainresearchcontentisasfollows:

(2)Basedontheprincipleofstraightgearinvolutetoothprofilesurface,thisarticleestablishesthree-dimensionalparametricmodelingofgears.Consideringtheinfluenceofshaftdeformationonthepropertiesofgeardynamicmeshing,meshesthemodelthroughthegeometricpartitioning.Itmakesnecessarypreparationsfortheobjectiveandaccurateanalysisofdynamiccharacteristicsofgearcontact(3)Basedonthereasonablefiniteelementmodelofgears,thisarticlemakesin-depthstudythedynamiccharacteristicsofgears,getstheruleofthemaximumcontactstresswiththemeshingpositionchanges,studiesthestressdistributionoftoothsurface.Resultsshowthatthedynamiccontactanalysisbasedontheshaftandgeartransmissionmodelcanaccurately,real-timesimulatethegeardynamicmeshingprocess,providingthereferenceandbasisforgeardesign(4)Consideringthevariabilityofgeartransmissionsystemworkingconditions,thisarticletakestheexampleofthreetypicalworkfactorsliketheaxiallength,speedandload,thisarticleestablishescomparativeanalysismodels,studiestheirinfluencesondynamicmeshingcharacteristics.Theresultsshowasfollows:Theaxiallengthhasgreateffectonthestressdistributionofthegeartoothsurface;Speedhasagreatinfluenceonthegearmeshingcontactcharacteristics,withtheincreaseofrotationalspeed,gearcontactstressincreases;thespeedamplitudeofdrivengearincreaseswhenthespeedofdrivinggearincreases,andwhentherotationspeedreaches200rad/s,drivengear'sspeedamplitudeincreasessharply,theresultsprovideguidanceofthechoiceofreasonablespeedranges.Theinfluenceofloadongear'sspeedamplitudeisnotbig,butwiththeincreaseofload,toothsurfacecontactstressincreasessignificantly.
(5)Whengearsmeshalternatingsingleanddoubleteeth,stifl&iessincentivescausedbytheelasticdeformationofgearsproducevibrationandnoise.Sothispaperstudiedthevariationofgearmeshingstiffiiess,establishestheidealgearmodelsandmodelswithshafts,theresultsshowthatthejoinofshaftsreducesgearmeshingstiffiiess;Thisarticlestudiestheeffectofloadonmeshingstiffiiessforbothmodels,theresultsshowthatastheloadincreases,thereisasmallincreaseofgearmeshingstiffiiess;loadhasagreaterinfluenceonmeshingstiffiiessoftheidealgearsthanofthegearswithshafts.
