Abstract
“TwelfthFiveYearPlan”period,China'sagingprocessofpopulationwillfurtheraccelerate.
“TwelfthFiveYearPlanofChineseDevelopmentonagingcause”and“TwelfthFiveYearPlanofChinesebasicpublicservicessystem”,alsootherrelatedpolicydocuments,vigorouslycalledforspeedingupthedevelopmentofChineseagingpublicservicefromlevelofthehealthmanagement,andenhancingthequalityofresidentsendowment.Associety'sdemandofpublicservicesdesignandresearchisincreasinglythick,designideaandmethodofserviceisalsograduallyontheriseanddevelopment.
ThispapercombinesthesituationofthecurrentdevelopmentofhealthmanagementinChina,andelderly'surgentdemandforpublicservicesofhealthmanagement,alsoaccordingtotheideaofHuman-Centereddesignandrelatedmethodofservicesdesign,researchanddesignthepublicservicesystemofhealthmanagementforelderly,While,inordertocarryouttheresearchworkpracticallyandeasily,taketheelderlypatientsandriskgroupofhypertensioninBeijing'surbancommunityasexample.
Thefirstpart,throughthewayofinterview,observationandquestionnaire,investigatethedevelopmentsituationandsocialenvironmentofthepublicserviceofhealthmanagementinBeijing'surbancommunity,understandtheelderly'shealthmaintenanceconsciousnessandmodeinBeijingcitycommunity,aswellastheirCognitive,participation,evaluationandneedsonthehealthmanagementandrecreationalactivities.
Thesecondpart,firstly,throughin-depthinterviewanduserobservation,collectthetargetelderly'sinformationofneedsandcharacteristicsonhealthmanagement;secondly,induce,integrateandanalyzethesurveyinformation,constructthetargetpublicservice'sentirerequirementslistanduserrequirementslist;finally,byconstructingtheuserrole,describingadayinthelifeofthetargetelderly,anddrawingthecustomerjourneymaps,whichreflectthetargetelderly'sexperienceoftakingpartintheexistinghealthmanagement,researchandshowthelifeformofthetargetelderly.
Thethirdpart,basedontheresultsofsocialsurveyanduserresearchpreceding,throughthewayoftheoryanalysisandservicedesignresearch（usingthemethodsof“serviceblueprint”and“storytelling”），researchanddesignthepublicservicesystemofhealthmanagementforelderly,includingconfirmthebasiccontentoftheservice,processandmodeoftheservice,serviceplatform,functionalplateoftheservicesystem,andthecontactpointoftheservice（requirementsofdevelopmentonthesystemsoftandhardwareparts）。
Thefourthpart,basedontheresultsofthepublicservicesystem'sresearchanddesignpreceding,aswellasthecorrespondingrequirementsandcharacteristicsofthetargetelderly,usingtherelatedthoughtsandtechniquesofindustrialdesign,workonthedesignofthecorehardwareofservicecontactpoint,includingputforwardaconceptofhomeproductclustersforelderly'shealthmanagement,anddesignadesktopcenterequipmentforhealthmanagementandaportableequipmentforhealthmanagement.
ABSTRACT
Withthespeedingupofthesocialdevelopmentandthepaceofpeople'slife,mostyoungparentsarebusywiththeirjobs,sothattheyhavenoenoughtimetotakecareoftheirchildrenathome.However,thevideomonitoringisthemostintuitiveformofguardianship,theproblemofchildren-carehasalreadybecomethefocusinsocietynow.
Accordingtothewayofthetransmissioninvideomonitoringsystem,thevideomonitoringsystemcanbedividedintotwokinds:oneiswiredvideomonitoring,theotheriswirelessvideomonitoring.Thewiredvideomonitoringisstableandreliable,whichhasafasttransmissionrate.However,thewirelessvideomonitoringcanmakeuptheshortcomingsincludingthedifficultofconstructing,thehighcostofnetworkconstruction,andthehugemaintenanceworkload.Althoughthetwosystemcanmeetthebasicrequirementsofvideosurveillance,theirfunctionisrelativelysingle,andthetraditionalvideomonitoringsystemhaveonlyoneterminalthatcanmove（clientorthemonitoringterminal）。Itcanextendamultiplefunctionsystemifcombiningthewirelessvideomonitoringwiththemobileplatform.
Thispaperanalyzedseveralwaysofvideomonitoring,inordertorealizetherequestofthemulti-functionextension,thendesignedawirelessmobilevideomonitoringsystemforAndroidbasedonArduinoandWiFi,whichcanbeeasytoenlargeanddotheinteractioneasily.Thesystemincludestwoparts:thevideomonitoringterminalandtheclientterminal,thevideomonitoringterminalisresponsibleformonitoringandtransmissingvideosignal,theclientisresponsibleforreceivingvideoandcontrollingthemovementofmobileplatformterminal.ThispaperchosetheArduinoUNORev3asacontroller,3GminirouterasavideoprocessorandsmartdeviceswithAndroidsystemastheclient.TheArduinocontrollerisresponsibleforthecontrolofthevideomonitoringterminalandtheinteractionwiththeclient,therouterisresponsibleforvideocapturing,videoprocessingandvideotransmitting.Thispaperfocusontheconstructionofthemobileplatformandsoftware.Forthehardware,thispaperintroducedthecontrolcircuitinArduinoUNORev3,thecommunicationcircuitbetweenArduinoandSIM900andvideocapturingcircuit.Forthesoftware,themobileplatformterminalhassetupasmallLinuxplatformcalledOpenWrt?programmed,optimizedandtransplantedtheMJPG-streamervideoserver,programedawebapplicationforcapturingthereal-timevideoimage,writedacontrolprogramforArduinoUNORev3andanAndroidapplicationinclientterminal.
Thetestresultsshowthatthesystemcanrunwell,thevideocapturingmodulecanmeettherequestforcapturingtheimage35framespersecond,theoptimizedMJPG-streamermeetthereal-timedemand,theclientmodulecanshowtheimageaccuratelyandinteractwiththemobileplatformterminal.ThewirelessvideomonitoringsystembasedonArduinoandWi-Fiwillhavewideapplicationprospects.
Abstract
Duetospecialgeographicalandpoliticalreasons,Whollydependingon“transfusion”ofgovernmentfunds,bookspublishedinTibetunderpinthemainstreamideologyamongcommonpeopleinTibet.However,thepublishingindustryinTibetlagsinthemarketbecauseitisunableto“generateitsownblood”.Fromtheperspectiveofindustryanalysis,thisthesisaimstoexaminethepublishindustryinTibetinadiachronicwaybasedonindustrialstatisticstoidentifyexistingproblems,followedbydiscussionandsolution.
Likeotherpublications,bookspublishedinTibetarealsoofeconomic,socialandculturalvalues.Butthey,atthesametime,havetheirowndistinguishedcharacteristics.Ontheonehand,ethnicfactorslimitthedevelopmentofthebookpublishinginTibet,while,ontheotherhand,theyattachspecialfunctionstothebookpublishinginTibetasfollows:1,workingaspoliticalandideologicalguidance;2,helpingthegeneralizationofadvancedtechnologies;3,improvingtheculturalinheritanceandcommunication;and4,enrichingspiritualandculturallife.Inotherwords,theseethnicfactorsprovidepublishingindustryinTibetwithdevelopmentopportunities.
BasedonstatisticsaboutpublishingindustryinTibet,problemsoftheme,talents,distributionandsystemwereidentified.Fromtheperspectiveofindustry,measureslikechangingtheconceptstowardsthesystemandoptimizingthespecificpublishingprocessareadvisedtobetakentotackletheproblems.Also,followingthetrendofdigitalizingandmakingfulluseoftheuniqueadvantagesofpublishingindustryinTibetcanbeanothersolution.
