摘 要 :利用扫描仪对广玉兰叶片进行数字化处理,运用Photoshop CS5软件自动化提取叶面积,并与叶面积仪法、剪纸称重法等测定方法进行比较.结果表明,Photoshop CS5软件的图像处理法与叶面积仪法和剪纸称重法呈极显著线性相关,相比之下其具有快速、准确、易普及等优点;归结出了Photoshop CS5中像素大小与叶片数字化时分辨率、缩放比例的数学关系,为今后叶面积的快速测定提供了依据.

A Method for Leaf Area Measurement of Plant Based on Photoshop CS5 Software

Abstract: The magnolia leaves were digitalized through the scanner, then the leaf area was automatically analyzed by the software of Photoshop CS5. The data from this method was compared with the data from other methods, such as instumental scanning method, etc. The result showed that there were highly significant linear correlation between digital image processing method and the other traditional methods. Moreover, digital image processing method has the dominant advantage in its speediness, accuracy and easy popularity. Mathematical relationship between pixel size in photoshop CS5 and digital resolution and scaling mathematical relationship were also summed up. This will provide the basis for the rapid measurement of leaf area.

叶片作为植物进行光合作用、呼吸作用和蒸腾作用的主要器官,其叶面积大小是植物生长状态诊断中重要的参数之一,也是研究生理生化、遗传育种、作物栽培等内容常参考的参数.因此建立简便、快速和准确的叶面积测定方法对植物的研究和生产实践有着重要的意义.
目前叶面积的测定方法有很多,如剪纸称重法(复印称重法)、打孔称重法、网格交叉法、系数法、叶面积仪测定法[1,2]等.随着科技的发展,应用数码相机或扫描仪与Photoshop等软件相结合的图像处理法[3-5]越来越受到研究人员的重视,但目前使用的图像处理法操作比较繁琐.为此,亟待探寻一种新的基于图像处理技术的叶面积快速测定方法.
1 材料与方法
1.1 材料
试验随机选取完整的、大小各异的广玉兰(Magnolia grandiflora Linn)新鲜叶片50片,编号并于4 ℃保存备用.
1.2 试验方法
1.2.1 叶面积仪法 采用美国CI-203手持式激光叶面积仪测定叶面积,每片叶片测量重复3次,取其平均值.
1.2.2 剪纸称重法 将叶片平铺到卡纸上,沿其边缘准确画线并沿线剪下,准确称其
