摘 要 ：在赣州市国土局办公自动化系统项目建设的背景下,通过对赣州市中心城区建设用地审批业务流程的分析和审批内容的学习,架构出了建设用地会审业务的工作模型.基于办公自动化系统的理论与方法,在网络通信及数据库管理系统等技术的支持下,对赣州市中心城区建设用地审批管理系统进行了分析和研究,并结合赣州市国土资源局土地管理办公自动化的需求,设计开发了适合本地区需要的建设用地会审系统.

Analysis and Design of System for Examining and Approving of Ganzhou City Land Use

Abstract： This paper provides a model of the approval of construction land management system to the local under the background of the construction of the office automation system project of Ganzhou City Land Bureau. Through studying and analyzing the approval process and references of Ganzhou City land use , and based on the theory and methods of Office Automation, with the help of the inter and database management system, land use examining and approving system are developed appropriate to the regional needs.
