摘 要 研究生教育处于教育链的顶端,近年来,随着研究生规模的不断扩大,学术功利化对于教育的侵蚀、研究生学术道德教育的不足以及学术规范监督体系与惩处机制的不合理,使得研究生学术失范现象屡有发生,严重影响了大学的声誉.本文从学术规范教育发展的阶段特点出发,探讨了学术规范教育的四个主要途径,并就学术规范教育的理念创新、制度创新、手段创新方面探讨了建立长效机制的办法与措施,从而提升研究生学术规范教育的有效性.
