摘 要 新时代的社会主义核心价值观强调：倡导富强、民主、文明、和谐,倡导自由、平等、公正、法治,倡导爱国、敬业、诚信、友善.只有和谐法治的约束下,社会才能朝着一个法制化的方向发展.在当下的和谐法治社会中强调的是思想教育也要与时俱进,大学学生的思想道德修养教育课程增添了符合时代要求的法制思想的传输,思想道德修养课堂要符合时展的要求.大学的思想道德修养课堂本身就是对大学生的价值观、人生观、道德观塑造指引方向的一个过程,同时也起到了培养大学生优秀品格的作用.本文就针对和谐法治视野中大学生的思想道德修养教育的开展与引导进行分析与探讨.

Abstract A new era of socialist core values emphasize： Advocacy prosperous, democratic, civilized, harmonious, advocating freedom, equality, justice, the rule of law, promote patriotism, dedication, integrity, kindness. Only constraint harmony under the rule of law, social order toward a legalization direction. The rule of law in a harmonious society in the contemporary ideological education should be emphasized that the times, university students' ideological and moral cultivation education curriculum in line with the legal thinking of adding a transmission requirements of the times, ideological and moral cultivation classroom to meet the requirements of the times.
