Abstracts：Currently,thevalueofthesupplychainhasbeenrecognizedbymostofChineseenterprises,mostcompaniesregardeditasthecoreobjectiveofbusinessdevelopment.Themembersinthechainofsupplynetworksharedresourcesandinterests,mutualtrust,whichgainsgreatadvantageforthemintheirtradesandmarket.Inordertomakegooduseofresources,creategreaterprofitsforshareholders,meetthebetterneedsofusers,Theemphasesofthemanagementofsupplychainshouldtransfertothesupplychainoptimization(SCO)fromtheimprovementofproductsandservices.Thedevelopmentdirectionofsupplychainmanagementwillfocusontheoptimizationoftheexternalstructure,cooperationofthemembers,transformationofthetraditionalnetwrokstructures.Supplychainoptimizationhasbecomethecoreissuesofdevelopment.Asacombinationofsupplychainande-commerce,thee-supplychainmadeSCOcompleted.supplychainmanagementstudyinchinahasjuststarted.Inthepast,domesticenterprisesfocusedtheelectronicssupplychainmainlyonsuppliers,whichisonlyasmallsectionofthesupplychain,thecontentsofthestudyaremainlyrestrictedtothechoiceofproviderandpositioning,lowercosts,qualitycontrol,guaranteethecontinuityandeconomicissuesforelectronicsupplychain,notconsideredasawholeprocessfromsuppliers,distributors,retailerstoend-users.thestudyalsodidnotconsiderthestrategicissuesforelectronicsupplychainmanagement.Therefore,wecansaythatinourcountrythereisnorealsenseoftheelectronicssupplychain,electronicsupplychainmanagementresearchandapplicationareveryinadequate.Itisalsofacedwithproblemsandobstaclesincludingthelimitationsoftheelectronicssupplychainresearch,theincorrectevaluationforelectronicssupplychainandthepoormatchfore-businessenterpriseorganizations.ThispaperusedthePortervaluechainoptimizationtheory,thetheoryofperformanceevaluationforsupply,discussedtheoptimizationoftheelectronicssupplychainonmatchingrelevantfactsbetweenelectronictechnologyandenterpriseorganizationalcharacteristics,howtogivetheperformanceevaluationforelectronicssupplychain,howtomatchtheorganizationalstructureofenterpriseswithelectronics,bringoutthenewtacticthinkingforChina'selectronicssupplydevelopmentwithfinalusingthePorterfivemodelandpestanalysis.
