摘 要: 为探讨我国高等体育院校师资管理模式,采用问卷调查了12所高等体育院校,并对专 家进行访谈.结果表明,高等体育院校体育教师的职称结构职称比例比较合理,师生比在都 低于教育部规定的标准;教师岗位聘任的形式主要有评聘合一、评聘分开、直接聘任制;大 部分高等体育院校教师考核方式采用定性和定量结合;对教师考核的内容主要集中于教师的 教学、科研、师德和学生对教师评价等四个方面;大部分高校体育高等院校设有师资队伍建 设专项经费用于教师培训,只有少数体育院校开设开展教师职业规划.

A Survey of Teachers’ Management Pattern in Sports Universities

Abstract: In order to investigate the management pattern of teachers in China’s sports un iversities, the research surveyed 12 sports universities and interviewed some e xperts. Results showed that, the proportion of teacher title in sport universi ties was relatively reasonable and the ratio of student and teacher was lower th an the criterion of Ministry of Education. There were three ways to appoint tea cher, namely the bination with evaluation to appointment, separation betwee n evaluation and appointment and direct appointment. Examination method for tea cher was the way of bining the qualitative and quantitative ways in most spor ts universities. Examination contents for teacher were their performance in tea ching, research, morality and students. There were special funds to cultivateteacher in most sports univers
