摘 要 职业教育是构建在职业培养对象基础上的一种教育,因此,校企合作教学环节是职业教育中重要的教学模式和载体.论文讨论了一种构建校企合作教学的新模式,针对与职业紧密相关的专业课程,聘请企业中高级职场人员作为兼职教师,承担相应课程的教学任务.可以针对性地培养学生、教师,并建立了学校与企业,学生与职业之间的有机联系.
