【摘 要】目的：分析淀粉酶试剂开瓶上机后的稳定性,采取相应措施避免由于试剂不稳定导致的不良后果.方法：分别用70ml或20ml瓶装淀粉酶试剂,检测该项目一段时间并统计分析室内质控结果.结果：小瓶装试剂所测结果重复性良好,未出现向下漂移现象.结论：淀粉酶试剂机内稳定期为25天左右,应根据实际情况改用小试剂瓶.
