[摘 要 ] 目的 探讨标准操作流程在手术护理中的应用. 方法 在手术护理中应用标准操作流程并比较实施标准操作流程前后手术医生的满意率. 结果 通过执行标准操作流程,护士手术配合娴熟程度提高,缩短了手术配合时间,手术医生问卷满意率从78.9%上升到93.8%. 结论 标准操作流程可以使手术室管理工作更加规范、安全、合理,提高护理质量,值得推广应用.
